Donatella Versace's case is another case in which the real thing would have undeniably been better. Donatella has undergone so many cosmetic surgeries she is barely recognizable! Besides her awful tan, platinum blond hair, large wide cheek implants and oddly shaped lips, it’s her chest that undoubtedly gets the epic fail.

Her breasts are plump, round, hard and look utterly ridiculous with the rest of her sagging body parts. There comes a time you just have to accept gravity has taken over and be happy with what you’ve got. Getting boobs meant for a 20 year old will just make it worse.

Unfortunately, Bgot overboard with her surgeries. Trying to delay the effects of age and improve her ordinary look, she has had multiple facelifts to the point where her skin seems way too tight and way too stretched. It won't be an exaggeration to claim that Donatella looks terrifying.

It is more than obvious that Donatella had either some substance injected in her lips or had permanent implants.

To conclude, Donatella is what happens when plastic surgery goes wrong. Too sad that she has spent a fortune to look like this...

Look at that big nose which is instead of sharp we may call it swollen and asymmetric. It doesn’t suit at all with the Donatella facial appearance. Her nose looks big, swollen and unnatural asymmetric and disproportionate compared her old nose that looks much better with the rest of her face.

Lip Enhancement
Those conditions getting worst with Donatella Versace’s lip that make her look like failed puppet. It is big, too big to call normal and too thick as an indication she got a filler injection to adding fat beneath her lip. Her lip look pouted but for some reason it also looks horrible from the lip enhancement result that must be overdoing it.

Facelift
Seems that horrible lip and nose are not enough, she also has a kind of facial skin that too tight and too toned. Dr. Paul S. Nassif says “Donatella Versace has overdone a nose job (Rhinoplasty)”. He also added that Donatella likely has a facelift, aggressive eyelid surgery and injectible filler. Even, Dr. John Di Saia also believed that Donatella Versace have spent at least 300 cc or so implants for that weird appearance.

Personally, I will say that how poor Donatella with that kind of failed plastic surgery procedure. Actually with her wealthy she could find much better and more talented plastic surgeon to get surgery reconstruction and make her appearance much and much better.
